- Photos of every room involved, including floors, ceilings and the walls to be removed; a short video walk-through also works.
- Approximate square metres and, if you have it, a floor plan.
- The address or at least the municipality, the floor and whether there is a lift the community allows us to use.
- Access: who holds the keys, whether a vehicle can stop outside, and the administrator's contact.
- What stays: anything that must not be removed or damaged.
- Technical documents from your técnico if a structural wall is involved.
- Your deadline or the date your builder plans to start.
